Bad Service, Worse Refund, Worst Business Ethics

I placed an order to buy 4 music CDs, since 14th November and did not receive the product. On further enquiry, I received an email that the products were out of stock.


The out of stock notification came today 2nd Dec 2014. Way to go Snapdeal, your notification policy is really low tech and shoddy.


You have left a bad taste in my shopping experience with you. Not looking to do further business with you!
