I ordered a milk frother on March 5th, 2013 from http://www.SnapDeal.com. After 12 days I received the product and when I opened it, it was used, worn out, smelling of milk and didn’t even have a catalogue - seems they have sent me a used product..
After continuous follow up they have got the product picked up about 10 days back but haven’t returned the money back yet. I have been calling them up wasting my time but the only thing they say is they will send me an email which I still have not got..
It seems they are cheating on consumers as after my experience lot of people told me about their experience with them... Companies like them will never let audience grow for online shopping..Seems my money is gone and the senior management to whom I have written is not even bothered.
