Hello friends,
It so happened that I order a Timex Expedition watch from Snapdeal. This watch looks very elegant as I often see my friend using it.
After ordering this, it got delivered as promised with 5 days. I was very excited to open this product and I moment I opened this, I loved it as it looked exactly the same.
Then again I just started to set the time . It was 4:20 in the evening and the watch showed 10:40 am. So I started rotating it and just after moving to 1 the minutes got broken from inside. I was disappointed.
How can this happen as this is a new product?
I called up the customer care and explained this. They were sorry about this and arranged for an exchange. I was satisfied with their customer support but I certainly didn’t expect a damaged product to be delivered.so snapdeal site is very cheap and bad
