Hi Friends,
Please stop buying from Snap Deal as they sell duplicate products. They show original products but once you place the order they will send you the duplicate products & there’s no one who will respond to your complaints. I even had written email to Snap Deal CEO - Kunal, thinking he will respond to my email but none of them has time for customer issues & selling duplicate & fake products. I ordered Samsung Laptop Backpack which they were promoting under deal of the day offer. But when I got the order I was wonder struck as it was a cheap duplicate bag instead of original Samsung Laptop Bag.
I am also planning to put a case against them & also write to Samsung guys.
So guys lets start educating all our friends about Snap Deal & how they are cheating to customers.
