Pathetic Service From Snapdeal

I had bought 3 watches from snapdeal on 3.7.13 but the product was damaged. It was covered within their ’Trustpay’ policy, I had to return all the three watches. They did not have a return pick up and I had to pay money and courier the product by paying Rs. 450/- as courier charges.


I have sent multiple mails on the same and spoke to about 8-9 customer service representatives already and each one has promised to call bank 24-48 hours.


Nobody has called till now and even after 15 days after they received the product back, I am still waiting for my refund.


I have bought many items from them and never have had such a horrifying experience. Please do not get lured by their discounts as you will end up spending more time in getting your hard earned money back and they care a DAMN for your money and their service.
