I had ordered a lenovo mobile from Snapdeal on 5th Jan and estimated delivery was on 10-Jan. Firstly I did not know why a model which is mentioned as available with seller has to take these many days. Secondly I had cancelled my tickets for this festival season and waited the whole day to receive it.
But when I tracked the deliver through DELHIVERY I found that the product took 2 days to be shipped from Ludhiana and another 2 days to reach Delhi. I has been scanned in the same DCs within Delhi for the past 2-3 days but not been shipped to Chennai yet.
DELHIVERY customer care had been giving inconsistent response as it was dispatched from Delhi and some say it is yet to be dispatched from Delhi.
This has spoiled all my festival plans as I don’t know when it would be delivered. I have ordered plenty of products in many online shopping sites, predominantly in Snapdeal for the past couple of years for gifting and other occasions.
Now this bad experience has made me reconsider my preference.
