I bought "Nova Electric Tandoor" Via Snapdeal COD. After I received the product I switched it ON and there was burning wire smell in it. I soon called the Customer care for assistance and they raised the following ticket number.
Order no and Complaint No. Today I received the following email and the number I was asked to contact said It is Switched off. What do I do now? Can I get a refund?
