My title simply reavels that I had a ved bad experience with snapdeal.
I agreed that snapdeal is a well known online shopping site. But we never think for what it is known for? Pros or cons?
So let’ begun.
A year ago I purchased a brand new smart phone called Karbonn titanium octane plus for around 11000 rs. Also the phone has 10 days replacement and return fund validity. But, just using the product for around 2 days I faced some bugs and huge lags with the software. And a the end of the day the phone dead! Immediately I called the customer service for replacement, but instead of replacement they saidvisit service centre. So guys, what snapdeal thinks for me I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW PHONE FOR JUST VISITING SERVICE CENTRES
We all know the cuatomer service of karboon.damp hell!
