I ordered a book, Something else to smile about (order no. 984386101) on 9th May 2013 from snapdeal.com. I made a wrong choice by paying instantly for the product using my debit card. I was notified that I would receive my product on or before 14th May.
As I did not receive my product, I sent them an email to which I received a reply saying that my order would be delayed by 3 business days. Today is 23rd May and I have not received my product so far. No satisfactory reply to my emails. Nobody attends to the customer care helpline. I personally went to visit their office in Okhla and was shocked to see other customers with similar complaints howling and screaming at their staff. In spite of giving them endless warnings, there has been no response from their firm.
Hence, I am registering a complaint against them in the consumer court. Snapdeal dot com pvt ltd is a FRAUDULENT company. Buyers, beware.
