Well this is not about how the site looks, of course it look better because they want to trap you! Its actually about the product that they deliver. It is as different from the photograph as it could be. So don’t be cheated by the lucrative prices that they show because they will deliver something else only.
After they deliver the wrong products, they do not even take the responsibility of replacing the product. They just ask the customer to first the send the pictures and then simply delay the process. Snapdeal is really not good. We should not trust this site. They are all completely money minded. They don’t bother about customer’s loss. Once they get back their money share, they forget. That is what happened to me. They stopped following up. In no way, I got any support.
Actually in the first instance, I was of the opinion that snapdeal is good to shop at. But this trust is totally lost and I would suggest other buyers to be careful before buying any stuff from snapdeal. I think we have other better online stores to shop at. Very poor service by Snapdeal.com
