I am one of the verified buyer for the snapdeal, I used to purchase lot of products from Snapdeal, there return policy, customer support was very good initially, but as time passes and I faced lot of issues, I also heard lot of big shots in snapdeal resigned because of crash crunch, so now if you purchasing a product from snapdeal it is totally on RISK!
So recommended to buy only less cost products with in range of < 1000 .
