Horrible Experience

I had placed purchased the Sunglasses and had placed the order

Till date I have not received the product in hand, whenever I call the customer care they are saying that product is out of stock and in 2 or 3 days I would be receiving the product, today when I called asking for the update they are comming back to me saying that, to do the shipment of the product it will take another one week and it will happen only next week. Now I am not sure if ever I will get the product so I have cancelled the deal and asked them to reimburse the money back to me.


The most funny part is the customer care executives, neither they have any idea to respond nor they have any knowledge.I felt as if I was talking to automated machines.they keep repeating the same answer.


Actually my friend had recommended not to do any purchase on SNAP DEAL as they are absoulte fakes.but like a stupid I went ahead and placed an order.today I regret my decision.


Suggest you guys to watch out when you place an order in SNAPDEAL, they actually SNAP the DEALS after placing an order.they live upto their name.
