I ordered panasonic p81 mobile phone on 14th oct 2014, it was to be delivered by 22nd October. but till now there has been no communication by the courier company.
These stupids have dispatched the order via cheapest courier servies"Ecom express".i got he tracking id on 17th oct, when I tracked ecomexpress site mentioned a dull page with information from where the product is being dispatched and to where it will be delivered.
This is such poor information one more thing I called to customer care of snapdeal, the executive got connected and replied sir it will be deliver by the giver last date.and flatly said they have no information regarding the courier status. calling them is a costly affair.
They don’t have and toll free, I loose 28 rs. in a go for my single complaint. and more to say the order cannot be cancelled. my last big mistake to opt for snapdeal.beware people.say no to snapdeal.
