I have ordered one product on 30th Sep, 2014. My order id is 2966574480. It should have been delivered by now. But even after repeated follow-ups, there is no promising reply from Snapdeal. Horrible customer service from Snapdeal. They don’t even update the correct status.
Even some few months back, I had requested some product details(water geyser) before purchasing. But they don’t even update the customer even after several follow-ups. At last I did not order. Feeling lucky.
Service from Flipkart is far way better than Snapdeal. They never compromise on product quality or delivery time.
