As my experience about snapdeal E commerce, The Refund process is very very bad for snapdeal. Please think twice before purchase from snapdeal in case if you want return your items and try getting refund the amount, It will not happen in snapdeal. because I have faced the same thing, i’m following up with snapdeal customer care so many time but not has happened. I’m waiting from one and half month for refund the amount, still yet to get the amount. So please take care before proceeding with sanpdeal.
