I ordered an HP 4515 all in one printer along with an extra catridge on 11th nov 2014 at 3.41 AM by COD vide order no 3504962335. On adding the printer nd catridge to tha cart a promocode was automatically applied and gave a discount of additional 15%.
I immediately got a mail and sms that a verification will take place within 24 hrs. At 7.41 AM I got a sms asking me to give a miss call on 011 30804974 to confirm the order which I promptly done at 7:42 AM. Post that Snapdeal increased the price of this product by Rs 1300.
I thought that I have placed the order at right time. But was surprised to see today that above order is erased from my order history. On contacting the customer service I was explained that order was timed out and hence cancelled.
Its nothing but a big online fraud by snapdeal to lure customers by showing lucrative price and then cheat them.
My question to snapdeal team including Mr Bahl:
Who gave u rights to erase order history from my account?
If you do not have capabilities and financial capacity to run a company then why do you exist?
Isnt this action of yours falls under criminal offense and fraud under Information & Technology Act.
How do you think you can get a chance to win the race by adopting these strategies?
How long do u think u can survive by doing frauds?
How u are going to survive the onslaught of your competitors if you do not crate trust and build loyalties?
Mr Bahl come out of the board room and comfort of your chambers and understand what your team is doing if u r not aware about these regular issues. Investors will feed u money only for a limited time and in the long run you have to manage your requirements, meet ends as well as create value for your stakeholders.
Pls have a serious thought about what you are doing and why.
