I had bought Wondercraft Impact Casseroles with Glass Lid, 3 each, - 24 cm and 20 cm, ( order ID: 2701438450) both the product are of sub standard, lid does not fit on bottoms and bottom also damaged, and snap deal.com says on their website that they have return policy, which is very difficult to locate the link and after that you will get only commitment that the product will be picked up, but NO NO reverse pick up and no refund.
You will receive a mail stating reverse pick up by a courier and when you call that courier company mentioning ticket id, that say we don’t have any info from snapdeal.com. So be careful while dealing with snap deal.com
