Delivery days

The kept me hanging for more than 10 days and then replied that they are cancelling my order due to unavailability of the product and even advised me to re-order it. it was not at all a pleasant moment to have been waiting for 10 days for the product and then get such kind of a reply. Completely unprofessional behavior.


Either they should have delivered me the product after waiting for this long.or should have cancelled it in prior days.
