Hey u snapdeal management. I had ordered my product order ID: 2403330662 on 2days later on 9july 2014. it was a hp laptop which was discounted 91% and it cost me RS. 2, 976 .
But when it didn’t come I called the customer care guy that why my product didn’t come and they give me a nice excuse that vendor had is placed it . He then said that I ordered it again n I said ok give the same discount and they tell it cant be given . They keep telling me it isn’t possible . I wasted an hour of mine while ordering the product . My time was wasted.
In the end I would like to say that this is the worst online site, cheaters not honest in their dealings so I would like to tell the viewers to not order products from snapdeal.com because they are number 1 cheater site for online shopping.More or less they play with customer’s feeling.
