My experience with snapdeal, I have ordered samsung galaxy pocket mobile on 2-OCt-12 and received on 6-Oct-12. I am very sure that mobile phone is second hand product, bcoz entire setting has already been changed by someone and photos also has already been taken by using tht phone.
My biggest problem With that phone is IMEI number, it’s not updated in my phone(IMEI number in my phone is 0000000000), after this issues I came to know tht IMEI number mentioned in the bill is differed with the IMEI number printed backside of the phone, then I contacted snapdeal customer care I got poor response form them,
Still I am having that phone with no use. Please don’t bye any product from this website
