REFUND

I have buy mobile hand set delivery time was good but receive damage piece. Complain was lodged immeditely within hours after receive of handset with damage photographs.


Company has taken 10 days to depute blue dart to get feed back on 24th sept I have sent back the product through blue dart again deputed by company I have been informed that they have processed refund on 27th sept & 30th sept but still waiting for the refund. After sales service very poor resolution. Yes all customer care persons are good but with insuffiecient information .
