Snapdeal gave me the worst shopping experience. Getting my order has been an uphill task. The Courier Company it uses, and the site itself. do not seem to have any co-ordination amongst them. It has been 15 days since I placed my order and still waiting for it to be delivered.
The site’s customer care keep blaming the courier company and they ask me to contact them. While the courier company keeps redirecting me to site’s customer care.
I’ve gone crazy making in-numerous calls between these two non-cooperating agencies. Still not have my order. Frustrating!
