I purchase a pressure cooker on cash on delivery from Snapdeal last year I don’t like this pressure cooker because it was different from the image show on display so I return it back. return process Was complete but I did not get money in my bank account as Snapdeal executive said . I call to customer care they ask me for my bank account IFSC code and other detail of bank account.
I fulfill all the formalities and submit the form via Gmail now Customer executive said it will take some time. Then I leave this matter by the time I forget this after sometime I purchase a memory card by cash after sometime I remember my Snapdeal purchase of pressure cooker when I open my account I found that there are no balance in my account I contact with customer care this and that they said that it will expire we will refund you in your bank account I wait again but after few days I call again customer care when executive said that sorry it was expired it will not be refunded so I said to him I did not add balance in your Snapdeal wallet I just returned goods.bank Will give interest. And you laps amount instead of offer
