After very bad experiences of timtara and tradus, for couple of years, I stopped buying from Online Retailers, but my recent experience with snapdeal and flipkart has been very satisfying.
They ship goods promptly, gives good deals and quick and responsive for customer complaints.
I still do not prefer to pay them up front though, I still buy goods only if sold on COD(Cash on delivery basis) as getting refund MAY be painful process.
