Caution- Order From Snapdeal At Your Own Risk

We had ordered a decorative piece from snapdeal on their so called big sale on 11th Nov. order no. 3505986959


It has been a month now but the product has not been delivered. I have already paid for the product as cash on delivery option was not available.


How can a company put such products on sale that they don’t have with them. On top of that how can they take money and then not deliver it.


We are so frustrated with the services of Snapdeal.


Every time we send them a mail regarding our product, they don’t reply back. Every time we call them up to follow up, they ask us to wait for 48 hours. They say "we have escalated your complain."


I don’t know what they are doing. They should not put a product on sale if it is not available in the first place. We have never had this kind of problem with either amazon or Flipkart.


I know the big billion day was not a big success but at least Flipkart was humble enough to apologize to everyone via mail.


The Snapdeal people are hopeless.


They don’t respond to a customer’s queries, they don’t help you out and their customer service people are trained to speak only one line "We have escalated your issue. It will be solved within 48 hours"
