Pathetic customer service and bad delivery agency

Hi,


I had ordered a voltage stabilizer via order number 1001855500 on 20th May 2013. The order was shipped on 23 May as per the initial commitment. Since then it has been in transit with their delivery agency Bluedart. The AWB number is 50219872452.


Bluedart website on 27th May said that it is out for delivery, but since then it has been showing me Linehaul Delayed; Accident/Traffic-Jam Contact Customer Service. If I contact Bluedart customer service, they tell me it is stuck in some traffic jam. Now I am unable to understand which nature of jam is there which has been running for last 3 days?


Snapdeal says we will get back to you and in the process they don’t even cancel that order so that I can go ahead and buy that product from market. Now I am stuck with a pathetic customer service of Snapdeal and a worse delivery agency - Bluedart. Cant Snapdeal learn something from Flipkart???
