I had pre paid and order a hair dryer on the site as they give amazing deals and as any other site.
As soon as my order was placed I got my conformation mail for the same that the order will arrive after 3 days. It had been a week and I did not get any conformation for the delivery. So I called them and they said that the order had been dispatched and asked me to contact the courier service.
On contacting them I came to know that the snap deal people had not dispatched the order yet. for almost 15 days I kept calling but they kept giving me the same excuse. and later that day I got a mail saying that the delivery had failed s the package was returned by the client. I would not recommend any one to buy from this site.
