Worst Shopping experince with Snapdeal

I have ordered Sony Xperia Sl a month ago order no. 948497624 from snap deal ....I received the order after three days . however, there were few things mentioned in the sales package were missing including a Car charger, NFC tags and a complete retail invoice. I intimated them within 3 hours of receiving the order and they said we will get back to you soon with the solution.


Since that very day I’ve been calling again n again n they put me on long holds and create new story every time, ask me to give them different details and give me new request numbers but have not given me any solution till now.


My last call experience was worst ever : The call got connected after 5 mins of hold , then the executive put me on hold again for 5 mins to check the details, then she put me again for long hold to transfer my call to supervisor and came back to say supervisor is busy on another call and promised me a call back within one hour.And now its been three days and again no reply from their side.


Help me getting my issue resolved with them without an invoice my phone’s warranty is not even authentic.
