I have ordered for a dining table from snapdeal and the vendor is Housefull.co.in, since the low price attracted me. Now I am suffering for this attraction and increasing my mobile bill in calling fools in customer support. These guys do not know anything do not even know how to follow up.
My product was suppose to be delivered on 12th April 2014. From morning I have called almost 10 times to customer support and they are good for nothing. These people are not active and never do any follow up. I have raised complaint too but of no use. Now I am reading reviews regarding snapdeal and I am scared if at all the product is delivered what will be the condition and how much pain I am going to bear for money refund. Last time I spoke to a customer care guy who simply told me ’Please go ahead and cancel your order’ Quite careless about someone’s money and time. If you ask to give the vendor’s number then they will come up with bullsh*t policies. I am just harassed by snapdeal.
Please please please never get attracted by cheap prices on this site which may cost you a lot.
Also here I would like to write a review about housefull.co.in since they are the vendors. These people are also not concerned about time. They will treat like doing favor to you by just taking your calls.
I will post this link wherever possible to just refrain you from shopping from snapdeal.
