One of the worst services by any company

Poor deliveries, pathetic customer service people. Ordered the product 10 days back, I am still waiting for delivery. Customer service guys are clueless.


How can they even do that with me??

Hi Vidit, Please confirm the order details that we found in our system - 692238689. We called up the Bluedart customer care to enquire about this order and they mentioned that they attempted delivery on 22nd and 25th August but the premises were closed. We instructed them to re-attempt delivery today and they will be doing so at around 2:30pm today. Kindly make yourself or anyone available at the shipment address to collect the package at this time. Alternatively, you can call Bluedart on this number(020 - 65106830/831) to co-ordinate about the delivery.Hope this helps. Do let us know if you are facing any other issue. We will sort it out immediately.
