I brought one Micromax funbook pro from snapdeal which came in about a weeks time after many follow-ups and excuses from them. Well, the tablet didnt boot at the first place and I placed a complaint within an hour of receiving it.
Now the next journey of torture started wherein their product team started working on to find a good muhurut of what should be done next. Round of several follow ups started again and one of their representative blessed me with the update that they are in discussion with the vendor and trying to get a replacement or refund for the order and it would take another 5 days. Degraded product and more degraded quality of service from Snapdeal.
I would suggest that they shut down their services at the earliest and look out for some other industry where their skills can be put to the utmost use.
