Worst experience of online shopping ever

Hi, I have ordered a Fujitsu Laptop on Snapdeals.com on 23rd Oct and the expected date of delivery was 27th Oct, till date its not delivered. I called up to Blue-dart as they were delivering the product, their portal is also so bloody that never track ur courier.


I got top know that my product was returned to the dealer without saying any reason. Then I called to Snapdeals customer support team. They told me within 48 hrs the delivery will be happen. But I didn’t get any updates on this.


Again another day I called up then they told me this is in process and again the same thing. I called 4th time then they told me that my order has been cancelled due to some reasons and my money will be refunded withing 10 days. But no communication happened from their side till date.


No mail was there to inform me about the delay or rejection happened. Still I am waiting for their mail. All their customer service executives are not of use.


No body is responsible and all their commitments are lies. I insist guys Please don’t go for snapdeals the service is worst. I would have given them not a single star but there was no zero option available.


The Service was cheap and nobody from their customer support team was able to confirm whether my order was returned or cancelled or rejected and no reasons were there the payment was already done.
