I bought HP 1000-1b02AU laptop from snapdeal one year ago. Snapdeal says that this has bluetooth, but it doesn’t.
Snapdeal says it is covered under accidental damage protection. But if you do not register this product within one month of purchase on HP website, your ADP warranty will void. Nowhere on snapdeal website this is written.
My laptop’s screen got damaged after a few months of purchase, and when I contacted HP support team, they refused to provide warranty on the basis that I hadn’t registered the product within one month of purchase. When I told, no such information was provided by snapdeal, they said, it’s not their fault.
