I ordered some puzzle for my kid from this site and MRP shown on site was 500 but in offer they were selling it for rs 150. I ordered different type of games When I received the product it was not worth at all of rs 500. and also MRP was scratched from the product.
I raised a return request. I received snap deal cash only for 7products and for 1 product they didn’t return. I did follow up with customer care but it was pointless as I was loosing my money in calls for follow up and then I left the matter as it was only 150 rs matter. But that is not acceptable with such big online store.
