Prompt Response By Snapdeal Team On Reverse Pickup

I had ordered for a Enfin home fountain and once it reached I found the same was in broken into many pieces. I immediately called the helpline. The guy at the helpline was pretty helpful and he told me to mail the issue to help@snapdeal.com with pics.


I was absolutely amazed to see that there was a reverse pickup in around 4 days and the replacement was delivered in another 3 days and this time the product was in excellent condition. Kudos to the snapdeal team. this incident has made me a snapdeal loyalist.
