Ordered a couple of T-shirts from snapdeal. Updated delivery status twice on being followed. The product was on worst quality, not even worth the price mentioned even after discount. Size measurements are wrong. So, went for a return policy and returned them.
After follow-up, they end someone to pick-up after 7 working days. Then on top of that they give some buit SD (snapdeal) cash. I can get any thing from that and when tried calling customer care, they are always busy and when not they dont receive. They respond to mails at their will. Haven’t heard from them and its been a week. My complaint no is 2226113.
Seriously wont advise anyone to shop from snapdeal.
