CRAP SNAPDEAL & ECOM EXPRESS

I ordered for a laptop on snapdeal on Oct 15th and it was shipped through ecom express couriers. Its from Hyderabad to Bangalore.


On 20th of October I cud see on the status of ecom express mentioning it reached Bangalore. But till november 1st, I didn’t receive the courier. I made continuous calls to ECOM express where they dont pick most of the time and to snapdeal too but I will be told that "its with our courier partners and we will make it available asap" but I could see only the Expected Delivery date changed in every week and it happened 3 times and finally the EDD was mentioned as Nov 4th and I was asked to wait till then and couldnt even cancel as its already shipped.


After Nov 5th, I could see the ECOM express status as returned back to hyd. And when checked with Snapdeal, they mentioned that they will take steps on. But no action was made till today. I am calling snapdeal on daily basis and I am getting an answer of Website down since more than a week now. I dont understand why do they behave like this.


I lost hope of even cancelling the product now.  SNAPDEAL PLS DON’T RUN A CRAP WEBSITE IF U CANT DO THINGS RIGHT.
