Snapdeal geting worse in services

Witnessed worst service from snapdeal. I ordered a product 22 days ago. I haven’t received yet. Snapdeal website is reflecting that product has been delivered. I have complained twice & got same reply that problem will be resolved by 48 hours.but now it is more than 480 hours forget the product I didn’t even receive any response no mail no call no sms regarding my product.


Thus compelling me to post it here.
