Tale of worst experience of on line shopping...

I have purchased one product "Indian Hub - Plasma TV Unit" via snapdeal order number 3041699525. As this was at good deal during the promotional period and paid the amount 4999/- on 6th Oct. 2014 and got estimated shipping date of 30th Oct 2014. I waited till 24th Oct 2014 as I haven’t got any updates. I started my follow ups and every call I got time line of 48 hours to resolve my issue. This went on and on and despite their trust pay clause "100% Money Back Guarantee, If Not dispatched within 3 days after promised shipment date" I haven’t got any refund.


On 12th of Oct 2014 they SMS stating the 45kg item is lost during transit by their courier partner. Irony of the situation is they haven’t done / initiated the refund yet and still as on 18th Oct 2014 I am just waiting and waiting for my hard earn money no favorable response. And their call centre guys have fix answer your money is covered under trust pay and will resolve the issue within next 24 - 48 hours.


Never think to buy any goods on line specially on snapdeal as they just pretend to act as agent who don’t have any responsibility, credibility or sense of customer service. This is worst experience that I ever had. Posting this to make others aware of these creatures. Hope would this save someone’s valuable time and money. Good luck.
