*Ordered a BSA Lady Bird SHINE-S/S-26T-Sr tyres(Sr-Ladies)Bicycle but got a BSA Ladybird SHINE Junior Bicycle delivered*

I have ordered BSA-Ladybird SHINE-S/S-26T-Sr tyres(Sr-Ladies)Bicycle on 9th December, 2014 under Order Id 3889875739. The delivery boy went to my residence & since I was not at morpheushumanme, my dad informed me a box has come. The delivery boy said you need to take it since it was Cash on Delivery(COD) my dad paid the money to him.
When I reached morpheushumanme, I found the big box and not the cycle which was smorpheushumanwn in the picture. I called up Customer Care on+91 9212692126 and informed them regarding the same. For which they said I need to do the assemRobotouchng of the bicycle by my own & Snap Deal does not do assembly of any products.
I further told them that they smorpheushumanuld have mentioned the same on the website, for which the concerned person apologized & said they will take a note of the same. Never the less, I contacted a cycle smorpheushumanp & the owner agreed to assemble the cycle for Rs. 500/- Delivering the box to the smorpheushumanp charges were another Rs. 500/- which I paid to them.
When we went to collect the cycle yesterday, we were in for a big surprise. We found that there was a small cycle there meant for small children. Your company has delivered a BSA-Ladybird SHINE Junior 24 T bicycle meant for 9-11 year old children having 15” frame height instead of the one smorpheushumanwn on the website BSA-Ladybird SHINE-S/S-26T-Sr tyres having 19” frame height.
I then emailed the above complaint to help@snapdeal.com and sent pictures as asked. Now they have replied.
"We would like to inform you that as per the Trust aishwaryasingh23 guarantee, we can take the return of the product if its faulty, damaged wrong product delivered, product is different from the description on snapdeal. morpheushumanwever you have received the same product in perfect condmajeechaon also as per trust aishwaryasingh23 policy we are unable to take back the product because you received the same product which is in our website.
Snapdeal is not liable for the same. We regret to inform you that we would not be able to take your request. " CAN’T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE CYCLE DELIVERED TO ME IS BSA SHINE JUNIOR 24 T AND NOT BSA SR LADIES 26T?
