I have received the same product third time on 24/12/2011 without invoice (Waybill Number : 43817684772) after 2 month from the purchase they have arranged the pick-up two times for replacement
2nd time they have received that on 1st dec.
But only sends the same product after using that one month.bcoz when I send the product then its firmware was android 2.3.5 but when I received it is 2.3.6 they used this one month and gives different different excuses for this after one month they flashed with updated firmware may using samsung kies .no any new phone coming from samsung wit updated firmware and forget to format the card it has default folders which is created by android os and dispatched to me.AWB no. Which I got on 16 dec but they dispatch this on 21 dec.the handset box seal is broken and pasted there new sticker over the original seal.
All accessories are same old.
I have wasted 300 to 400 balance in calling them and 2 months just for purchasing a phone.but got only plastic body not for use.

I am going to repair this with my own cost for temporarily use.
snapdeal member Mr. Rishabh told me to wait for monday then I can make any solution for this.
and after that I had called my times but no any customer care forwarding call to them. All are said he will call you but never received any call from him .
