Amount deducted but order not placed

I made my first purchase on snapdeal everything went fine until the payment page. I made the payment through credit card, got a payment successful message from bank as well as site, and then the website closed. Yes the tab got closed automatically. And when I checked my order history page, there was no order placed. Now I had to get a ticket raised through customer support and don’t know what to do now
