Snapdeal-Horrible experience after online payment!

I have placed an order(Order No. 4235456804) for nicer dicer and doughmaker for one of my relative staying in Surat(Gujrat) on 1st jan 2015 with full payment online.


Both the items was supposed to be delivered around 6th of Jan’15, but nicer dicer was never delivered. Even after many calls to customer care number  and rasing a complaint(complaint no 14917599), neither my product was delivered, not any information was provided about it for last 20 days!


Shippment Tracking information shows the item is moving between mumbai & Pune(!) for which there was no clue with the customer support!


Even when I requested customer care executives to transfer the call to senior executive for any clue about it, they put me on hold for 14 long mins(after that I hung up the call)!


After this harrasing Snapdeal experience, I would like to suggest all online shoppers to avoid snapdeal!
