Snapdeal is cheating..

I have received a tab from snapdeal in the first week of Nov 12. The product was not working and send it back to snapdeal.


Till now, I have not received the new product and today I spoke to Mr. Ashwani Alonia(Customer care) and he is confirming that they are not ready to send the product back.
