Why they haven’t done the quality check before they delivered the products?
This is worst experience with the Snapdeal and will not reffer anyone to trust snapdeal.
I apply for my refund without even putting the battery in the mobile . now snapdeal has rejected the complaint because the refunded product dosen’t clear the quality checks without mentioning reason and putting the allegation back on the customer.
The major problum which I faced the features of the phone mentioned in the site was not exactly what it was.
In the site it was mentioned that the phone has 16gb internal and 64 gb external memory card but later I found that the phone had 8gb internal memory . also got some issue.
so I suggest of all of you please don’t buy anything from snapdeal.
delivery time is very long for dispatch the products. and products quality is very bad form this site that you buy.
hanging problum on this snapdeal website and app also again and again crashed automatically
