Worst online shopping site

I have ordered three geyser but they cant supply it to me. I ordered it on 28 July. one was delivered with little delay on 6 August. second and third were delayed and on 12 they say the address is wrong.( one can delivered on same address but other two were out of stock so the it was mentioned that the address is wrong)


I have not asked them to cancel it because I can get it cheaper on other site. but they have not cancelled and sent me a defective piece on 25 August just think after one month. It was accepted by my family as I was out of home. after installation it is found it is a defective piece. and I am still looking for refund. If you call customer support they start find excuse for the fault. and they will tell u policies. like the you have ordered it 30 days back and it cant be returned.Supervisors are arrogant. they cant talk good to customer who has lost his money.
