I ordered Apple Mac Air 13" laptop on snapdeal( 16th July 2014) and received a defective one on 21st July 2014 . The laptop keeps restarting on its own every ten minutes.I lodged a complain rightaway on snapdeal.com to which they promptly promised to replace the product within 48 hrs.
After thirty days and at least 100 minutes of speaking to those people over phone, absolutely NOTHING has happened. They have not even called back to schedule when they would collect the laptop back.Everytime I call they promptly say " We completely understand your problem, we will get back to you as soon as possible" and they actually do nothing after that. They have the worst possible after sale services among all the e-retailers, that I have seen.
I have given up on snapdeal and trying to get it fixed at apple store-( got the mother board replaced, problems till persists)
Humble request: Never but any big ticket items on snapdeal.com, you will regret it. Irony is I paid 1000 bucks extra to get it delivered from snapdeal recommended supplier.
