There is no concept of customer care. In case you want to return, be prepared for a hard time following up. Snapdeal will lose the race in front of excellent customer care provided by its competitors.There is no provision of writing an email or complain. If you call up on their helpline, there is an automated voice which is a stupid machine reiterating your order detail and ask you to go back to the app. App has no provision other than what I have explored. Its a stupid e-commerce platform.
