Very Poor services of snapdeal. I am trying to return my Order ID: 16072159210 from 4 days but getting same error, "Your request cannot be completed at the moment. Please contact customer care at+91-9212692126".
When I call above number then it says we will notify you on your email ID. But still not getting any email.
There is no any other link of contact number to contact snapdeal.
These guys are making us fool.
Then I posted my problem to snapdeal’s facebook page. After 2 days on 27-10-2016 I got a call at 5:15 pm. Call was totally useless. Calling executive refused to return the product. The item was not described in snapdeal page that its PCI compatible or PCIe compatible. Now I will never shop from snapdeal and never recommend my any friend to shop on snapdeal. Amazon is a best and perfect platform for online shopping. They returns the products without asking a single question. Flipkart is also best.
Beware all buyers. Don’t buy from snapdeal. They sell at highest prices and also not accept returns.
