I ordered a pair of shoes-Spinn Explore Black & Pink Running Shoes on snapdeal.I am a very careful buyer and I always check reviews and do a lot of research before buying anything.Having seen bad reviews about the site I was little skeptical about my purchase, so I chose cash on delivery option which is always safe, we can always return the product if we dont like it.But after getting the product I was really happy.Product looks good qualitywise as well, about the durability of the product, I can comment only after using it for few months.
Also I would like to mention that the product tracking system is highly appreciated.
Area of Improvement: The website should be made little more user friendly and convenient.For example, Exactly same products are shown in 10 different colors separately.Instead you can put’color’ as a sub-category for a particular design.This way it ll be easy for the users to select a product.
